Summary: Wikus learned to be like the Poleepkwa, to think like them and be like them – learning more on the voyage from Earth to their homeworld than he could imagine filling a hundred years with.
Notes: Written for Small Fandom Fest 13, my first time playing with the fandom. Much of the information was drawn from supplemental websites, interviews with the director, etc. Much of it is also extrapolation from other sci-fi works with similar creatures and a little bit of my own wandering. My take on Poleepkwa life may not be yours. Also, this does contain non-human romance for the squeamish that are not familiar with the fandom, but is not sexually graphic. This got a whole lot longer than I thought it would, and I’ll probably be writing more in this universe soon.
