Over 40 Fest Update!

OK! So, Over 40 Fest is still on, despite missing the window for April! I've got the AO3 collection set up (for the most part, missing dates and a few other bits) and will be opening a DW group this week. That said, I've got just a few more things I'd like opinions on and help with!

- Should the prompting window be 1 week or 2? Prompters will be allowed maximum prompts (50 I think is the AO3 limit) open to any fandoms (or no fandom) and any sort of fill.

- Should the fill window be 2, 3, or 4 weeks? There is a minimum size, but it's fairly small (ie: 500 words, 5 icons or gifs, 5 songs + cover art, 1 fanart/manip).

- I need at least an icon (a header, pinp banner, etc, would be lovely too) - is there anyone who could pull a very basic text one together in a week or so or should I have at that myself?

- I need someone willing to peek at the information/FAQ and tell me if I'm missing anything or if I should clarify something or if a rule doesn't make any sense - preferably ASAP so I can incorporate it into the collection & DW profile.

- Before I open prompting I'd like at least one tester to make sure I set up the collection right. Preferably able to communicate with me over AIM or Twitter.

- Can someone lend me a cup of confidence to believe this won't be a spectacular failure??

*hugs you* It won't be and I don't have any specific thoughts at the moment, but I'm glad to help out however I can. I love that phrase cup of confidence, its something I need myself.

How does a prompting time of 1 week and then 4 weeks to draw/write/fill sound? Fair?

Eee. <3 I'm glad that seems to be the consensus because I'm looking at doing just that.

Banners would be excellent! Plain test (Over 40 Fest) or fandoms with appropriately aged characters are brilliant.
